GREAT THEATRE in LONDON

Monday 19 September 2016

saw 3 AMAZING shows all about family – all very different.

TORN by Nathaniel Martello-White at Royal Court upstairs. About secrets, lies, denials and love in the Brook family.

THINGS I KNOW TO BE TRUE by Andrew Bovell – performed by always innovative Frantic Assembly at Lyric Theatre Hammersmith. Set in Australia, 4 grown up siblings and their parents deal with shit. Moving, thrilling and a joy to behold.

YERMA – written and directed by Simon Stone (after Lorca). Young Vic. Seeringly brilliant. Billie Piper and Brendan Cowell lead. Worth queuing round the clock for returns. Trust.
